All items are quality controlled before shipment to make sure that you get what you expected. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Although we make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible computer monitors vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

FREE ROAD TRANSPORTATION IS OFFERED IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE, EXCEPT FOR NORWAY. TO NORWAY WE ONLY OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY. 

IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE, WE STILL OFFER AN EXPRESS SERVICE FOR A SMALL EXTRA SHIPPING COST. 

FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD WE ONLY OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY AND FOR THIS, WE NEED TO CHARGE A SMALL SHIPPING COST..  

PLEASE ACCEPT 1-2 DAYS EXTRA ON THE ROAD.

PROCESS

Once your order is successfully placed, you will get a confirmation to your email. 

Once the parcel is on the way, you will receive a notification! 

You will also be notified by DHL. 

PLEASE NOT THAT DHL EXPRESS AND DHL FREIGHT (ROAD) ARE OPERATED IN SEPARATE WAYS AND THE SERVICES MAY VARY!

 In the message from DHL EXPRESS, you can click the link to enter DHLs site to track your parcel and get notifications thru email or sms.
Here you can also make changes for your parcel to be delivered to an other location, get it delivered with a neighbor if you will not be home or chose to pick it up later from a service point. All for your convenience!


DHL deliveres Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from placed orders.
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, and will commence from the date of dispatch.

Please note: Due to an increased volume of orders during particular releases or holidays, the handling of your order may take up to more than five days.

All goods are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden and orders placed by customers outside of the European Union may have to pay custom and VAT fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.
We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


INSURANCE

We insure that each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES!

If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return delivery. An invoice will be sent within 1 week of us registering the returned item/s. If a customer has more than 2 unclaimed packages they will be banned from shopping.


RETURNS

You can return or exchange items up to 14 calendar days after receiving your original order. The product must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Your order comes with a return form when you receive your goods. Fill it out with the information needed. Would there be no return form included, you can write down your order number, what you want to exchange/return and your contact information. Wrap your goods so that they are protected.

In case of a return you pay for shipping to us. And in case you want to exchange something, we will pay for shipping the exchanged item back to you but only for 2 times of exchanging.
Rmember that you are responsible to insure the item all the way to our address. If you return used or damaged goods, we cannot accept your return. We will send you an email when we receive your return and refund has been made, or when we have shipped your exchange order.

All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed as soon as possible but we obtain the right for the returns to be credited into your bank account within 30 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Remember that we are not replacing any shipping charges or bill charges.


COMPLAINTS

It is not always easy to determine what is a manufacturing defect and what is wear and tear. We need to see your merchandise in order to determine whether there is a complaint or not. We will do our very best to find the right solution to meet an agreement.

We follow Swedish laws and regulations. If you would like to learn more about that, visit www.konsumentverket.se. We will comply with the Consumer Complaints Board's recommendations in case of a dispute.

FORCE MAJEURE

AND YELLOW PAPER’s obligations are postponed under force majeure. If force majeure is longer than 2 months, the customer as well as AND YELLOW PAPER reserves the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay for damages.

Force majeure include among other things strikes, illness among staff, transportation disruptions, import/export bans, regardless of this occurs in the company or its suppliers
